Sucess as a software entrepreneur

This is a short (1 minute 5 second) excerpt from an interview of PayPal co-founder Max Levchin in which he states in his way that entrepreneurial success in software is 5% great idea and 95% execution -- being willing to pull all-nighters -- and responding quickly to what users ask for.
